The 14th annual Point Arena
Seafood and Music festival is coming soon. Mark your
calendar for Sunday, September 1st, 2013 from Noon to 6
PM at the Point Arena Pier! (see map)
This year's fabulous food roundup will include Salmon
Kabobs, Fish Tacos & BBQ Oysters.There will be a
tasty selection of desserts to choose from too! Beer and
wine will also be available.
For you Salmon Smokers (yes they are hard to light) there
will be Smoked Salmon contest. There is a $20.00 entry
fee. Winner splits the pot with the Pier Fund!!!
Live Music and DJ's to be
Activities for the kids
(and for the kids at heart ) are Boat rides (weather
permitting), The Bouncy house and Face Painting .
There are Local Crafts to be
bought as well. Please check in again to see a list of
Prizes for the Best Pirate
Costume and this year we are adding a Best Mermaid/Merman
Contest so dress up and have some fun.

Harborfest Seafood and Music

Parking will be first come
first served free at the Point Arena Stonewall parking
lot. There will also be a free shuttle bus service from
the Town Hall/ VFW/ Senior Center.
Bring the kids, but PLEASE LEAVE DOGS AT HOME!
This is an event that you just can't miss out on, the
setting is perfect with amazing coastal views, great
company and its all for such a good cause.
This event is to raise
money to keep our local pier operating all year long. So
please come join us on Sunday, September 1st, Noon to 6
pm. And have a great time. Drive safe, carpool if you

fishermen, surfers, rockhounds, birdwatchers, abalone
divers, seafood lovers, and all those who enjoy and
protect the riches of the the prettiest little cove in
Northern California coast.
