The 13th annual Point Arena Seafood and Harbor festival is coming soon. Mark you calendar for Sunday, September 2nd, 2012 from Noon to
6 PM at the Point Arena Pier! (see map)
This year's beer will be graciously provided by North Coast Brewery The wines are that wonderful line up you so enjoy at 215 Main.
This year's fabulous food roundup will include The world renown Albacore Kabobs, Fish Tacos BBQ Oysters plus a new addition of Crab Enchiladas. There will also be available Tri Tip Steak and Pulled Pork sliders as well as Roasted Vegetables if seafood is not your bill of faire.
For you Salmon Smokers (yes they are hard to light) there will be Smoked Salmon contest. There is a $20.00 entry fee with a cash reward
Activities for the kids (and for the kids at heart ) are Boat rides (weather permitting) The Bouncy house and Face Painting .
There are Local Crafts to be bought as well as Home Made Desserts
Prizes for the Best Pirate Costume and this year we are adding a Best Mermaid/Merman Contest So dress up and have some fun
This years live music roster includes Boostive, Eliquate, The Honest Outlaws and the Pollonators.
Parking will be first come first served free at the Point Arena Stonewall parking lot. There will also be a free shuttle bus service from the Town Hall/ VFW/ Senior Center.
Bring the kids, but please leave the dogs at home.
This is an event that you just can't miss out on, the setting is perfect with amazing coastal veiws, great company and its all for such a good cause.

community of fishermen, surfers, rockhounds, birdwatchers, abalone
divers, seafood lovers, and all those who enjoy and protect the riches
of the the prettiest little cove in Northern California coast.
All proceeds from this event go directly to support the operation of
the Point Arena Pier and local non-profit organizations that directly
support the Point Arena Community.
